Adding seats to 72,928-seat Lambeau Field is included in a number of enhancements currently under consideration by the Packers. The planning for future expansion consisting of an additional 8,000 seats and enclosing the south end of the stadium is well under way and construction should begin next year. This will take a few names off the Packers season ticket waiting list, but will still leave 80,000 names on the list by this time next year.

Tottenham Hotspur Season Ticket Waiting List

Tottenham Hotspur FC currently has over 30,000 paid members on the club’s season ticket waiting list. To take a place on the waiting list, supporters of the club need to take out a One Hotspur Bronze membership.

The Spur’s cap season tickets at 23,000, from a stadium capacity at White Hart Lane of 36,250, to ensure that some tickets remain for members to purchase on a game by game basis. For the upcoming 2010/2011 season, under 275 Tottenham Hotspur season tickets became available, a churn rate of 1.2%.

With White Hart Lane’s current capacity, fans normally have a minimum of seven seasons wait time prior to being offered a Spur’s season ticket. However, the club does release some restricted view seats as season tickets and some supporters high on the waiting list choose not to purchase when offered for a variety of reasons.

Given the continuing strong demand for Tottenham Hotspurs season tickets, the club has recently made extensive formal plans for a new 56,200 capacity stadium on the current site, which will ease the Tottenham Hotspur Season Ticket Waiting List. Details of the Spur’s new stadium can be found here.

In Search of Cheap NFL Season Tickets

Cheap NFL TicketsEven though 20 of the 32 NFL franchises increased prices on season tickets, there are still plenty of cheap NFL tickets to be had for the 2010 pro football season. You can compare the ticket plans for each NFL team to find the cheapest season tickets for all 32 NFL teams at the 2010 NFL Ticket Price Guide. For each team, we used the Guide to find the lowest priced season ticket and cheapest single game tickets. After comparing prices, we found that eleven NFL teams have tickets for under $30. Five teams have season tickets for under $25 a game. With just a little research you can save substantially off the average NFL ticket price of $75 a game.

There are many deals to be found on NFL tickets, you just have to do a little research to find them:

•The Broncos, Browns, Jaguars, Lions, and Raiders lowered prices on some season tickets for 2010.

•The Cowboys have the highest average ticket price in the NFL, but you can get a standing room party pass for $29 a game.

•The New Orleans Saints are offering some $25 single game tickets.

•The Vikings had the cheapest season ticket in the NFL – a standing room only, limited view ticket for $99 or $9.99 per game – at least you can say you’re there, right?

•The Bears, Bills, Cardinals, Colts, Packers, Saints, Steelers, and Texans had the largest price increases on NFL tickets for 2010.

A team by team look at NFL ticket prices for 2010:

Arizona Cardinals Tickets

The Arizona Cardinals will increase season ticket prices for 2010 in many seating areas, but are holding the price steady and reducing the prices on upper level tickets. Lower level end zone seats are going up $2 per game, from $63 to $65 per game. Lower bowl tickets at University of Phoenix Stadium will sell in the range of $65 and $112.50 per game. Last year those tickets cost between $63 and $97.50. Upper level seating will cost between $25 and $97.50 in 2010, compared with $25 to $92.50 last year. Cardinals club seat season tickets will be priced from $155 to $400 per game. Arizona Cardinals lower level prices increased by $1.50 to $15 per seat, depending on location, while upper sections either stayed the same or decreased by $15. The Arizona Cardinals $25 ticket is one of the lowest priced tickets in the NFL. There are roughly 6,500 Cardinals tickets priced at $25.

Atlanta Falcons Tickets

The Atlanta Falcons are planning to raise the prices on some of the premium seating at the Georgia Dome in 2010. Falcons luxury suite prices and Falcons club seat prices will jump 4% during the 2010 campaign. The Falcons did not raise ticket prices in 2009.

Baltimore Ravens Tickets

The Baltimore Ravens are not increasing ticket prices for the 2010 season. In 2009, ticket prices at M&T Bank Stadium went up from $5 to $15. The Ravens PSLs are sold out and there is a waiting list for fans that want to buy them that is capped at 3,000. The Ravens PSL Waiting List has less than 50 spots open for 2010.

Buffalo Bills Tickets

The 2010 Buffalo Bills season ticket average price will be $59.19 for eight home games at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Bills will play one regular season game and one preseason game in Toronto in 2010. Buffalo Bills season ticket prices will increase from $2 and $10 per ticket in 2010. The Bills average season ticket price will jump substantially, from $51.24 to $59.19. Last year the Bills had the lowest ticket prices in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills last increased prices in 2008. The team sold 56,000 season tickets in 2009 and hope to sell more in 2010.

Carolina Panthers Tickets

Carolina Panthers ticket prices are going up $1 to $9 per seat for the upcoming 2010 season. Carolina last raised ticket prices in 2008. Panthers upper level seats will jump $1 to $3, with tickets ranging from $39 to $62. Lower level seats will go up from $5 to $9 per game, with prices ranging from $83 to $109 for 2010. The ticket price increases won’t affect the Panthers club seating and luxury suites at Bank of America Stadium. About 10% of the Panthers 73,000 plus tickets are sold as individual game tickets. The rest of the Panthers tickets are season tickets purchased by holders of Panthers PSL Licenses.

Chicago Bears Tickets

Chicago Bears tickets will increase marginally in 2010. Reserved seats, which account for about 85% of the seating for Bears games at Soldier Field, will increase from $2 to $17 per ticket. Bears reserved seating has a price range of $68 to $125. Tickets for Bears club seats will increase from $10 to $20 per ticket. The Chicago Bears did not take a price increase on tickets in 2009. The Bears really could justify an even higher price increase on tickets: Soldier Field is the smallest NFL stadium and it is consistently sold out. The Bears also have a season ticket waiting list of over 5,000.

Cincinnati Bengals Tickets

Cincinnati Bengals ticket prices will go up $1 per game for canopy level tickets and second level end zone seats, and $3 per game for Bengals tickets in the field level and convertible club. Cincinnati Bengals ticket prices averaged more than $6 below the NFL Average of $75 in 2009. With the 2010 price increase, Bengals tickets will still be substantially lower than the NFL Average Ticket Price of $75. The Bengals have sold out Paul Brown Stadium every game since the 2003 season. The Bengals have not increased ticket prices since the 2007 season.

Cleveland Browns Tickets

Cleveland Browns season ticket prices for the 2010 season will not increase. Season ticket prices for the Browns, which rank among the lowest in the NFL, have not increased in five of the last seven years. Some Browns ticket prices for select seats in Browns Stadium will be cheaper than in 2009. Ticket prices in the Browns Family Zone are priced at $32 per game.

Dallas Cowboys Tickets

The Dallas Cowboys will not raise ticket prices for the 2010 NFL season. The cheapest seat at the new Cowboys Stadium is $75, but you can get a standing room only party pass for just $29.

Denver Broncos Tickets

Denver Broncos season tickets for home games in 2010 will not be increased for the second consecutive year. Broncos tickets on the United Club Level at Invesco Field at Mile High will be reduced in price by 21% for the 2010 season. Invesco Field at Mile High has been sold out on a consistent basis since the 1970 season. Denver Broncos tickets will remain high in demand due to the fact that the team has a waiting list for season tickets 33,000 fans deep and a renewal rate of over 96%.

Detroit Lions Tickets

The Detroit Lions are reducing the price of a significant amount of season ticket prices for the second straight year. The Lions are lowering ticket prices for about 19,000 seats at Ford Field in 2010. Lions ticket price decreases are from $80 per season ticket on 13,000 seats in the 100 and 200 level sections to nearly $140 for an estimated 2,900 seats in the 300 upper level seat sections. About 3,000 Lions club seat tickets will also have lower prices.

Green Bay Packers Tickets

The Green Bay Packers will increase ticket prices by an average of $9 per ticket for the 2010 NFL season. Most of the Packers tickets in the lower sections will go up nearly $11 per game depending on where the seats are at Lambeau Field. Current Packers ticket prices ranked 30th among NFL teams over the last three seasons, signaling the need for the price increase. The Green Bay Packers have sold out 285 straight games at Lambeau Field and have a waiting list for season tickets with more than 81,000, requiring those patient enough to be on it a wait time of many decades.

Houston Texans Tickets

Houston Texans ticket prices for the 2010 season will average $71.86 per ticket, which is a 6.7% increase over the $67.37 average in 2009. In 2009, the Texans had one of the lower average ticket prices in the NFL. Pricing for 20% of the tickets at Reliant Stadium won’t change in 2010. The Texans new average season ticket price of $71.86 is still significantly lower than most of the teams in the NFL and is still below the overall league average of $75 from last year. The Texans recorded their 80th consecutive sell out at Reliant Stadium during the last game of 2009. The team also boasts a season ticket waiting list of more than 1,000 fans.

Indianapolis Colts Tickets

The AFC Champion Indianapolis Colts increased prices for all nine ticket levels for 2010. Colts tickets will increase from $34 to $38 for the cheapest Colts tickets and jump $7 on reserved seats, from $119 to $126. The three club level areas get an increase that depends on the length of the Colts season ticket holder’s contract. The ticket price increases come after the Colts had no increase for over 90% of Lucas Oil Stadium tickets last year. The Colts have sold out 67,000 seat Lucas Oil Stadium on season tickets alone since it opened in 2008 and, matter of factly, will do it again in 2010. The Colts have a waiting list for season tickets of 16,000.

Jacksonville Jaguars Tickets

The Jacksonville Jaguars will not have a price increase on tickets in the general bowl for the third consecutive season. Jags ticket prices will also remain constant in the Touchdown Club. Also, the prices of several thousand Jaguars tickets in eight other sections of Jacksonville Memorial Stadium have been lowered. The Jags have introduced a new $300 season ticket in the upper deck. This season, the Jaguars are offering fans the opportunity to lock in the price of season tickets at the current prices for the next three years with the new Jaguars 30/30 Plan.

Kansas City Chiefs Tickets

All Kansas City Chiefs tickets will remain the same price for the 2010 season, except for the club level seats. The Chiefs are offering inexpensive $25 to $30 per game upper level season tickets at Arrowhead Stadium in 2010.

Miami Dolphins Tickets

Miami Dolphins ticket prices will increase an average of 5.8% in 2010, but some single game tickets will cost 12% to 25% more than in 2009. Dolphins ticket prices are going up for the second time in three years. The Dolphins raised the average price of a 2010 season ticket to $70.54 per game, up from $66.76 in 2009. The average 2010 single game ticket in 2010 will cost $92.69, up from $81.38, a 12.2% increase. The Dolphins have a goal to sell 55,000 season tickets in 2010. in 2009, the Dolphins sold 49,415 season tickets and 46,134 in 2008. The Dolphins record for season ticket sales is 61,121, set in 2006. Tickets in the Phan Zone section, which is in the upper level of the east end zone are selling for $34 per game.

Minnesota Vikings Tickets

Minnesota Vikings season ticket prices will increase an average of 3% for 2010. The Vikings did not take a price increase in 2009. New England Patriots Tickets

The New England Patriots will not increase ticket prices for the 2010 season, according to spokesman Stacey James. Following a 2009 that ended with a one-and-done playoff run, fans will not have to pay more to attend games at Gillette Stadium next year. That’s no surprise. For the third consecutive season, the premier, 50-yard-line seats will cost $169. Owner Robert Kraft’s policy is to never raise prices two years in a row.

New Orleans Saints Tickets

The Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints are raising season ticket prices for the 2010 season. This is the second season ticket price increase in the last three years on Saints tickets. The biggest price increase will be in Saints club sideline seats between the 20 yard lines. In 2009, a 10-game package on Saints club sideline seats at the Louisiana Superdome cost $2,400. That same same ticket package for 2010 will cost $2,980, a 25% increase. The cheapest seats in the upper terrace end zone, which cost $180 in 2009 for 10 games, will cost $250 in 2010, a jump of nearly 40%. The Saints ticket price increases are justifiable, the team boasts a waiting list of over 60,000 and the Louisiana Superdome has been sold out since 2006.

New York Giants Tickets

For the New York Giants, the average individual 2010 season ticket price for 69,000 reserved seats will be $112 per game. Capacity at the New Meadowlands is expected to be 82,500, which includes approximately 9,300 club seats. Including club seat prices, the average Giants season ticket price will be $157, or double the NFL Average. New Meadowlands will be sold out for 2010, as the Giants have fewer than 1,000 PSLs to go. With a sellout streak of 271 games, Giants tickets are in demand and will be for years to come.

New York Jets Tickets

New York Jets season tickets at the New Meadowlands Stadium are available and seem to be getting cheaper as we get closer to the 2010 season. The Jets are cutting ticket prices on some seats by as much as 50 percent. The Jets cut prices in the Mezzanine Club, making up approximately 7,000 of the 80,000 seats in New Meadowlands Stadium. The Jets have sold out of 27,000 upper level seat tickets, which were available without PSLs, and cost $95 to $125 per game for season tickets.

Oakland Raiders Tickets

The Oakland Raiders are holding ticket prices the same for 2010. The Raiders are offering individual game tickets for $26 to help get fans into the stands this year. In 2009, the Raiders averaged just 44,000 per game.

Philadelphia Eagles Tickets

The Philadelphia Eagles are keeping ticket prices the same for 2010. The cheapest reserved ticket can be had for $70 and standing room tickets are $55. The Eagles have one of the longest season ticket waiting lists at over 60,000.

Pittsburgh Steelers Tickets

For the fourth time in the past six seasons, the Steelers are raising ticket prices. A Steelers ticket that cost $85 last season will cost $92 for the 2010 season. Steelers tickets for sold out Heinz Field are in high demand for 2010. The Steelers season ticket waiting list is over 60,000 and Heinz Field has been sold out for 315 straight games.

San Diego Chargers Tickets

San Diego Chargers ticket prices for 2010 will remain the same for the third consecutive NFL season. Chargers season ticket prices will be sold for $48 to $90 per game at Qualcomm Stadium. All Chargers single game tickets, if any tickets are available, will range from $54 to $98. San Diego Chargers season ticket holders receive a savings of up to $110 on all single game ticket purchases in 2010. The Chargers are currently riding a streak of 48 consecutive home sellouts at Qualcomm Stadium and have a season ticket waiting list that numbers over 1,000.

San Francisco 49ers Tickets

The average San Francisco 49ers season ticket will cost $74 per game, up $3 from 2009. Thousands of 49ers tickets will cost the same and some tickets will cost less than they did in 2009. About 2,000 seats at Candlestick Park have been designated Platinum tickets, with the price increasing to $149 per game, a 52% increase over last year. The 49ers needed a reorganization of their ticket sales, until 2005 every seat in Candlestick Park cost the same, $64. In 2009, there was no increase for 49ers season ticket holders. For 2010, the ticket price increase averages 4% overall. 23,000 tickets for 2010 will be the same or lower than they were last year and 13,000 tickets will jump $5 or less.

Seattle Seahawks Tickets

2010 Seattle Seahawks tickets will increase an average of 3% above 2009 ticket prices. The largest per seat Seahawk season ticket renewal increase at Qwest Field is $5 per seat per game. The Seahawks did not increase season ticket prices in 2009, but did charge approximately 6,000 new season ticket holders a little more for their seats. In 2010, the Seahawks will have two levels of season ticket renewal pricing. One level for those who bought tickets before 2009 and those who bought Seahawks season tickets for the first time last year. The Seattle Seahawks continue to have a large waiting list for season tickets, 10,000, when the The Seahawks first capped season season ticket sales at 61,000 in 2006.

St. Louis Rams Tickets

The St. Louis Rams are reducing season ticket prices for the 2010 NFL season for most of the seats at the Edward Jones Dome. This is the third year in a row the Rams are not raising ticket prices. As an effort to make tickets less expensive for fans, the Rams are offering a $250 season ticket for more than 6,000 seats in the upper bowl. About 70% of the ticket prices on seats at the Edward Jones Dome will decrease. This will give Rams fans significant savings over $30 to $190 per season ticket from 2009. 2010 Rams season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to purchase reduced single game tickets.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tickets

Tampa Bay Buccaneers season ticket prices for the upcoming 2010 NFL season will remain the unchanged and in some sections Bucs ticket prices will be reduced. This marks the second straight year that Buccaneers season ticket prices have not increased. Bucs general season ticket prices for the 2010 season at Raymond James Stadium will be $35 to $99 per game. The Buccaneers will also introduce a new $35 general admission ticket price. Also, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will offer season ticket holders a deep discount on tickets over individual game pricing.

Tennessee Titans Tickets

The Tennessee Titans will not have a price increase on tickets for the 2010 season. The Titans increased ticket prices between $2 to $3 last year. The Titans will still offer season tickets at $45 per game in some sections of LP Field, which is cheap for a franchise as successful as Tennessee has been the last decade. The Titans have sold out LP Field every year since they moved to Nashville and maintain a deep season ticket waiting list of 36,000.

Washington Redskins Tickets

The Washington Redskins general admission ticket prices for the 2010 season will be unchanged, remaining at the same price for the fifth season in a row. In fact, since 1999, the Redskins have increased general admission ticket prices only twice. Redskins general admission tickets currently range from $29 to $99. Redskins season tickets have been sold out since 1966 and there is a monumental 180,000 fans on the Redskins season ticket waiting list.
